At LAUNCH ZONE your safety is extremely important to us, which is why there are certain rules in place to ensure everyone stays safe while having a blast on our equipment.


Trampolining is no more dangerous than others sports such as football. But like with all forms of exercise, there is a potential risk of injury when using the trampolines at LAUNCH ZONE. However, by observing the following rules you can greatly reduce your chances of getting hurt.





General Rules:


  • Jumpers must sign a waiver before using the LAUNCH ZONE facilities
    • If a jumper is under 18, the waiver must be signed by a parent or guardian
    • People who have a medical condition, which may affect their ability to use the facilities at LAUNCH ZONE safely, are not permitted to use the LAUNCH ZONE facilities. These conditions include but are not limited to, heart problems, back pain, pregnancy, joint pain, recent fractured bones and muscular injury.
    • Always be sure to jump within your skill level. Do not try anything, which is above your ability.
  • LAUNCH ZONE bounce socks must be worn at all times.

  • Watch out for other jumpers.

  • One person per trampoline at all times.

  • Be sure to land safely on your feet or your buttocks when jumping.
  • No double bouncing.

  • No wrestling, fighting or rough play is allowed.
  • Single flips are allowed but no double flips, and no flipping over the pads

  • No food or drink near the trampolines.

  • No jumping or landing on the padding.
  • Jumping under the influence of drugs or alcohol is not permitted.
Air Bag Rules:

  • Do not dive head first onto the Air Bag.

  • Do not jump if others are in the way.

  • Land as safely as possible on your buttocks, feet or back.

  • Exit the Air Bag as quickly as possible.


Foam Pit Rules:

  • Do not dive head first into the Foam Pit.

  • Do not bury yourself in the Foam Pit, others may jump on you unknowingly.
  • Be sure to empty your pockets before jumping into the Foam Pit.

  • Exit the Foam Pit as quickly as possible.
Olympic Zone Rules:

  • LAUNCH ZONE recommends that only more experienced jumpers use the Olympic Zone and The Wall.

  • One person per trampoline at all times.
  • Make sure that no one is on the trampolines when jumping from The Wall.

  • Only stand on The Wall when using the trampoline.

  • No one is permitted to sit or stand on the Wall and watch.

  • No climbing up the Wall.
Basketball Zone Rules:
  • Do not hang from the hoop or the backboard.
  • No jumping or dunking from behind the backboard.

  • Only attempt a dunk if it is within your skill level.
Dodgeball Rules:

  • A maximum of 16 players are allowed.

  • The referee’s decision is final.

  • If a ball is thrown at you, you can deflect it using a ball in your hands.

  • Once out, you must leave the court and await the next game.


During the game, you are out if:

  • A live ball hits you.
  • You throw a live ball that it caught before it touches the ground.

  • You cross into the other team’s side of the zone.

  • You hold a ball longer than 10 seconds.

*Please note that this is a general list and not an inclusive list. Rules are also subject to change at the discretion of the manager. If you do not follow these rules you will be asked to leave the LAUNCH ZONE facility without a refund.
